• We provide information by appointment only via phone call or video call.
• We do not respond to messages from any messaging application.
• It is mandatory to identify yourself with valid documentation.
• To qualify for our services it is essential to complete an internal agreement form in support of your application.  

👤 Customer Responsibility

• The client is responsible for his documents, information and procedures.
• We do not have a refund policy in any case.
• All payments must be from legally obtained funds.

🔒 Privacy and Confidentiality

• Customer information is confidential and protected.
• We do not share or trade personal data.
• Information will only be disclosed if required by law.
• Unauthorized disclosure of data or services on behalf of the company is prohibited.

International Integrated Services MD LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice. We do not provide legal advice or representation in any case of any nature. If legal advice is required, the client should consult a duly licensed and authorized professional in his or her jurisdiction.

🛡️ Company Rights

• All persons contacting our offices, whether online, mobile or in person, are subject to our service policies and conditions.

  The client may not contract our services in order to circumvent the authorities of the United States of America, or any other country or the company. They also accept that the identity documents presented to obtain our services have been legally obtained. All information provided is the sole responsibility of the client.

  We do not decide where, how, when, to present the notarized or translated documents or prepared with client's instructions. No Power of Attorney or Apostilles depend on us for their validity.    

  Customers who request a service and then decide to suspend it for reasons beyond the control of our office must pay all costs incurred in fulfilling their request and are not released from covering the costs already incurred.

  All our services are subject to requirements, costs and administrative fees to provide you with the required service whether in person, mobile or online.   

  Customers who do not comply with the payment of contracted services will be reported to the corresponding offices and will be responsible for all expenses incurred in the collection of what is owed.

  It is strictly forbidden: the use, reproduction, recording, distribution or dissemination, by any means, of Images, websites, social networks, logos, written, digital or audiovisual materials belonging to International Integrated Services MD LLC, without prior written authorization from the company; it is also forbidden the Recording of conversations, meetings or ceremonies, whether in person, telephone or virtual, unless expressly authorized in writing by the company. Interference, manipulation of our website, social networks, telephone numbers, copying or disclosure of calls, text messages, emails, chats or any communication made through applications or digital platforms between our office and our clients is prohibited. This prohibition applies both within our physical facilities and in any place where our services are provided.

  Failure to comply with all of these provisions may result in immediate refusal to provide our services,immediate termination of services, as well as appropriate federal or state legal action and claims for damages on behalf of the company or any of its employees or members. In the same way, the client, by using our services, exonerates the company and any of its employees from all responsibility for the result, use, handling, information provided from its notarized, translated documents, etc.

📌 Final Clauses

• We do not guarantee results in any procedure.
• We do not alter documents or provide witnesses.
• Services are contracted exclusively in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
• The use of our platforms, social networks and services implies acceptance of these terms.
• Our services are subject to change as requirements and costs change.
• Translations, completion of forms, preparation of translated documents will be completed in English with the information that the client provides in Spanish as the applicant under its sole responsibility, to be placed in the blank spaces of each form or document and at no time will be offered to insert any information or documentation of any kind, or correct any situation.
